Principal Architect
Dimitar Stoyanov spent 15+ years in enterprise architecture across a tier-1 strategy consultancy and a listed European digital services firm, reaching Global VP of AI across insurance, banking, and technology.
Hands-on AI builder. He led development of a multi-agent platform for legacy code analysis and modernization, taking it from idea through sales to production with a 16+ engineer team, and prototyped DeepCrew, a cross-system knowledge fabric for autonomous software development. The repeated brief across both: move fast, make it actually work, decide the architecture before anyone commits to scale.
Nine years client-side inside European insurance and banking, plus seven years vendor-side architecting enterprise delivery. Both sides of the table means architecture advice that is realistic about what vendors will actually deliver, not just what they propose.
